The Capias issued through the court and authorizes a Constable and his/her deputies to physically arrest a Defendant and bring him/her to face charges. Our trained and uniformed Constables and Deputy Constables utilize law enforcement vehicles and the latest technology in law enforcement to locate, apprehend and transport the defendant to the court in a professional and safe manner.
